Try this: Click in the frame you want to print (but not on a link) and then print. Also, check your browser printing functions, you may have options to print each frame or the screen as is.

Place the cursor in the frame you want to scroll, maybe click there. This works in Netscape and Internet Explorer.

Your browser MAY be set to reload once per session; every access; or NEVER. If you think a page should have changed, hit 'reload'.
You can check Netscape by going to:
EDIT
--- preferences
------ advanced
--------- cache
Look to see which is selected towards the bottom: "Document in Cache is compared to the network:".
If "NEVER" is selected, you'll always be looking at an old copy unless you hit "reload"
Also, if you are using a permanent connection, like RoadRunner™, if you leave your browser active all the time, that is still the same "session".
