Presensitized Screens -
Micrasem is famous for consistent quality and long shelf-life. Our screens are produced from 100% photo polymer emulsion under the most rigid quality standards. These products provide customers with fast turn-around for manufacturing setup. These typically have a two year shelf-life.

Pre-imaged Screens -
From data or film positives we can image screens with your patterns, saving you labor, facility and equipment costs.

Metal Mask Stencils -
Our metal etched stencils are produced to the highest standards. These products usually cover the thickness range of .002" to .020"
