The Micrasem quality program was the main thrust in the company's formation and remains the strength of our product lines.
Customers with blanket orders having control drawings for their products have that revision verified at order entry and confirmed prior to shipment. We maintain our computer data reflecting these revisions plus any related documents from the customer.
We can provide Certificate of Conformance (C of C) on the product shipped which includes suppliers manufacturing lot numbers on all materials used in the shipped product. This C of C satisfies the requirements for the ISO 9002 for those needing this conformance.
Our daily equipment qualifying tests are performed on all analysis and critical measurement workstations. These daily routines have been the primary ingredient for our world class products.
