Our World class XT emulsion pre-sensitized screens are made with 100% photopolymer emulsion. These screens have a shelf life in excess if twelve months and produce ultra-fine line resolution and super sharp lines. The emulsion is highly sensitive and has a very fast exposure time along with easy development screen processing. Our XT emulsion has excellent characteristics of solvent resistance, abrasion, and gasketing to substrate.
We also manufacture screens with other dual cure and diazo sensitized emulsions. These products have a reduced shelf life with less image resolution.
Our emulsion buildup screens are coated to the customers specification to within 0.0001" (one tenth mil). To determine the proper screen mesh and emulsion thickness consult our screen selection page. All pre-sensitized screens should only be handled in yellow safe light conditions.
