Aluminum Frames-
The aluminum frames that suspend and support the tensioned screen are customer owned and we service these by planerizing/milling and cleaning/bead blasting when they are returned for re-use. We also sell cast aluminum frames and fabricated tubular frames for customers needing them.

Photoplotting-
Micrasem photoplots customer's CAD data files to create the necessary one-to-one positive required to create the screens. Data file formats such as Gerber, HPGL, DXF, DWG, and many others can all be photoplotted. (Advise when sending the files)

Engineering Consulting-
We can consult with your Design Engineers to determine wet film deposit thickness, screen mesh and overall stencil emulsion thickness. We will work with screen design for all screen printing applications, screen printing related problems, and screen interactive information.

Typical consulting topics:

	•	New selection of print thickness.
	•	Screen selection to achieve more accurate distribution.
	•	Line resolution below six mils.

We use digital photography which allows us to Email results and rapidly trouble shoot if questions or problems occur.
